5 FREE Photomatix Pro Presets that I use for my HDR (High Dynamic Range) images! I hope these presets can save you a little time and effort in your HDR processing. Just click the image below to enlarge and see the effects. The default image is on the left, and my preset image is on the right. If you have any questions, feel free to ask! Note: I have uploaded the .zip file "FreePhotomatixpresetJBP.zip" to MediaFire to ensure a safe and FREE download! I hope you enjoy! 


Instructions for downloading 
  1. Click to download the "FreePhotomatixpresetJBP2.zip" file. I suggest saving to your desktop. 
  2. Unzip the file. 
  3. Select the 5 files.
  4. Copy and paste into your "Photomatix Pro Preset" folder. OR... Open up Photomatix Pro. Start to process an image. On the bottom of the adjustment menu, click import preset. (Seach for your desktop or where ever you saved the files). You might have to do it one at a time to get all three in. This is why I prefer the copy and paste method. 
  5. Once imported, you find them located in your custom preset collection.

  4. frStyleco.xmp

This download is a .zip file that includes
1. Read Me .PDF for install instructions and the boring copyright info.
2. AikenHDRppp.zip that is a compressed file that will also need to be unzipped. Once unzipped you will have files labeled "AikenHDR 1.xmp" through "AikenHDR 85.xmp".
3. PDF file of the basics of What the Photomatix Sliders Do.

Installation

We suggest saving the files to you desktop or into a new folder on your desktop for easy locating/relocating. It is a compressed file that will need to be unzipped once you download it.  Once unzipped, just copy the files and paste into your "Photomatix Pro Presets" folder.
The other method to import the .xmp files/presets into Photomatix
Open up Photomatix Pro. Start to process an image. On the bottom of the adjustment menu, click import preset. (Search for your desktop or where ever you saved the files). You might have to do it one at a time to get all of them in. This is why we prefer the copy and paste method.
